About Us

The School District of Menomonee Falls is an internationally recognized school district in the northeast corner of Waukesha County, just 25 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, that serves the eastern half of the Village of Menomonee Falls. We educate approximately 4,000 students with 600 staff members across six schools and Community Education & Recreation.

Our students' accomplishments have made us one of the highest-performing schools in the state with a 98 percent graduation rate. Our schools are recognized throughout the country for rigorous coursework, college and career readiness, culture-building programs and positive behavior interventions. Our work on continuous improvement has attracted attention from Guam to Sweden and allowed us to showcase improvement process work by staff and students.

Students are invested in their learning and guide their success; they are partners in their own education.

Our Big Aims

  • All students successfully transition to college and work prepared for their future.
  • All students and families feel they belong in our school community.
  • All students and adults are engaged, learning and improving.
  • All students, families and staff members feel we are a School District of Choice.
