Menomonee Falls Collective Impact
Started as a partnership between the Menomonee Falls Police Department and the School District of Menomonee Falls in 2016, Collective Impact has grown to more than 100 volunteers, who work together to improve the well being of residents in the Village of Menomonee Falls. Through Collective Impact, community government, healthcare, and non-profit organizations leverage local resources to better coordinate and expand services.
Based on community wellness data, Collective Impact teams selected three projects to focus on: early literacy, mental health, and dementia education.
