Refunds and Credits

CE & Rec Cancellation of Program

Fees for programs canceled by CE & Rec (i.e. low enrollment) will be fully refunded, or a credit will be applied for a future program. CE & Rec will try to reschedule programs canceled due to inclement weather. If a program cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather, a credit will be issued. Note: classes are considered complete if the class has run for at least half of its scheduled time, and will not be made up or credited.

Program Satisfaction Guarantee

The CE & Rec team is constantly striving to provide you with high quality recreation activities, events and programs. We are confident you will like these programs. If you or your child are participating in a program, and you are not completely satisfied, please notify us. We will send you a refund application to complete. Once we have received your completed application, we may arrange for you do one of the following:
  • Repeat the class at no charge
  • Credit your account to be used on a future registration
  • Receive a refund
You or your child must have participated in at least part of the program. A completed application must be received by the CE & Rec Office within 10 days after the program has been completed. Exclusions to this policy include Adult and Youth Athletic Leagues, Club Sports, Red Cross Safety Classes, Trips, Preschool, 4K Wrap Around, and Kids INC.
