Points of Pride

Here at MFHS we talk a lot about our #FallsPride. It's more than just excellent test scores, a high graduation rate or national awards. It's a supportive community, students committed to their success and a dedication to continuous improvement at all levels.

Test Scores

All of our students take the ACT before graduation. With 100% participation, our average ACT score is points higher than the state average of 20.5 and the national average of 21.

76 Percent

With 25 Advanced Placement classes and more than 30% participation at MFHS, 76% of students are achieving a 3 or better on their tests. That's a college credit-earning score!

Graduation

96 Percent

The 2015-2016 Graduation rate is 96.4%, it's most recent graduation rate verified by the DPI.

98 Percent

Students at MFHS are passing 98% of their core courses, which means they're definitely on track to graduate!

Our students are making plans post-graduation. 96% of our MFHS graduates go on to a 4-year, 2-year or technical college, the military, workforce and apprenticeships.

Advanced Placement

This year MFHS students broke another record with 130 AP Scholars and 14 National AP Scholars.

25

MFHS offers 25 AP courses ranging from art to economics to psychology to Spanish and music theory.

$1.2 Million

Our students stand to earn $1.2 million in college credit by achieving a 3 or better on their AP Exams.

Awards

AP Honor Roll

Falls Schools is one of 447 school districts in the U.S. and Canada being honored by the College Board with placement on the 8th Annual AP® District Honor Roll. To be included on the 8th Annual Honor Roll, Falls Schools had to, since 2015, increase the number of students participating in AP while also increasing or maintaining the percentage of students earning AP Exam scores of 3 or higher. Reaching these goals shows that this district is successfully identifying motivated, academically prepared students who are ready for AP.
