The School District of Menomonee Falls recognizes the connection between a student's health, well-being, and ability to learn, which is why we are continuously committed to offering resources to support students and families at all times.
The SDMF Student Services team, which includes school counselors, school psychologists and school social workers developed the SDMF MentalWellness& Resources web page to provide our school community with important information and resources to help navigate and support the mental wellness of our students and families.
On-Site therapists are currently providing telehealth and distance/virtual options.
Click on the Disability & Special Education Resources page for information for teachers, students and parents to help connect with community, post-secondary opportunities, and funding supports. This is not an all-inclusive resource page for all areas of need, but a starting point for exploration and planning For questions or more information, please contact Julie Mlagan, SDMF Transition Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. or (262) 946-2102.
